Berlin Verlag, founded in 1994, presents a wide range of international and German fiction and non-fiction titles with around 20 new publications a year. For a period of two years, we took over the production management for the publishing house. During this time, we accompanied successful titles by authors such as Margaret Atwood, Ronen Steinke and Emily Fridlund through the entire production process – from typesetting and image selection to repro and print support. Our precise working methods and structured processes ensured that the projects ran smoothly and were completed on time.
